Refund policy
This policy sets out, for the services on {site}, what the terms and conditions provide. In case of doubt, the interpretation most favourable to the consumer applies.
When you get a full refund
When the order has not started: if delivery does not begin within the window stated on the service page, 100% of the amount is refunded.
When the service cannot be provided for a reason not attributable to the customer, for example if the provider cannot process the given destination.
When you get a partial refund
If the order was only partially delivered, the undelivered portion is refunded pro rata. The calculation uses the quantity actually delivered, which appears in the order tracking and comes from the delivery system, not from an estimate.
For subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: that cycle is delivered in full and no further cycle is charged.
When a refund does not apply
Once the service has been fully performed it is not refundable, by its very nature and under article 103.a TRLGDCU, which the customer expressly accepts when ordering. What was delivered remains covered by the refill guarantee where the service includes one.
Nor does it apply where delivery could not be completed because of the customer: profile set to private during delivery, post deleted, or incorrect destination details. In those cases we contact the customer to resume delivery before closing the order.
How to request one, and timings
Write to support@boostmediasocial.com quoting the order number, or simply reply to the confirmation email, which already includes it. No justification is needed when the refund is due to non-delivery.
Requests are resolved within 72 hours at most. Once approved, the refund is issued through Stripe to the original payment method; it usually appears in the customer’s account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on their bank.
