Terms and conditions

These conditions govern the purchase of the services offered on {site} by {owner} (NIF {taxId}). By completing an order, the customer confirms they have read and accepted them.

What is being purchased

What is purchased is the delivery of a given quantity of a public metric (followers, likes, views, comments or others) to a profile or post specified by the customer, on the social platform the product applies to.

Delivery is performed externally. Account credentials are never requested, the customer’s account is never accessed, and no app install or login-based permission is ever required. The public username or the post link is enough.

  • Passwords are neither requested nor stored.
  • The profile or post must remain public and reachable throughout delivery.
  • The delivery details supplied by the customer are their responsibility: a wrong account cannot be undone.

Prices, taxes and payment

The prices shown on each service page are final consumer prices and include any applicable taxes according to the country of residence declared at payment. No charge is added that was not shown on the service page.

Payment is taken in advance by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., acting as payment service provider. Tomás Rodenas Marchante never accesses or stores full card details.

The invoice is emailed once payment is confirmed. Customers who need their company name and tax number on it must enter them during checkout.

Delivery times

Each service page states the window within which delivery starts, counted from payment confirmation. The total time to complete the order depends on the quantity purchased and on the gradual delivery option chosen by the customer.

Times are good-faith estimates based on the service’s usual behaviour. They may be affected by incidents on the destination platform, which are outside our control. If an order does not start within the stated window, the customer is entitled to a full refund.

Refill guarantee

Services that include it state its duration in days on the service page, counted from the payment date. Within that period, if the customer loses part of what was delivered, they can request a refill from their account and the difference is topped up at no cost.

The guarantee covers natural loss of what was delivered. It does not cover drops caused by the customer’s own actions or by profile settings that prevent delivery, such as switching the account to private.

Right of withdrawal

These are digital services whose performance begins immediately after payment. Under article 103.a of the Spanish consolidated Consumer Protection Act (TRLGDCU), by ordering, the customer expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

While the service has not been performed, or has been performed only in part, the customer retains that right over the part not supplied, which is refunded in accordance with the refund policy.

Customer obligations

The customer declares that they own the profile the service is ordered for, or hold its owner’s authorisation, and that they are of legal age. Ordering services for third-party profiles without authorisation is prohibited, as is ordering for unlawful content, content inciting hatred, or content infringing third-party rights.

The customer understands and accepts that using these services may conflict with the terms of use of the destination platform, whose relationship with the user falls outside this contract.

Liability

Tomás Rodenas Marchante’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the affected order. There is no liability for loss of profit or indirect damage.

No outcome that depends on third-party decisions is guaranteed: subsequent organic reach, algorithm behaviour, or approval into a platform’s monetisation programme. Any provider guaranteeing those outcomes is promising something they do not control.

Changes, governing law and complaints

These conditions may be amended. The version applicable to an order is the one in force when it was placed; changes do not apply retroactively to existing orders.

The relationship is governed by Spanish law and, in the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Spanish version prevails. Complaints can be sent to support@boostmediasocial.com and are answered within one month at most.
